In the "How to your create a custom 3D skin for Trackmania2020" you can avoid installing python, gbx-py and the dependencies by using this executable directly.
Just Drag & Drop the Mesh.gbx file you have generated with NadeoImporter on it and voilà.
You can also use it as a command line like skinfix.exe path/to/my.Mesh.gbx or skinfix.exe path/to/my.Mesh.gbx --fakeshad
