Fixed player list not working after rejoining the server

• Switched the Nadeo Meet API audience from the deprecated NadeoClubServices to NadeoLiveService

• Added support to track custom players
• Added support to track club, friends and custom players at once
• Reset configuration to only show club by default. Tracking friends requires to be activated again

• Fixed plugin crashes when getting bad responses from APIs
• Added progress bar to indicate when the next plugin leaderboard refresh happens. Can be turned of in settings.
• Updated info tab in settings

• Using new Nadeo endpoints instead of old, deprecated ones
• Added option to use MapMonitor instead of Nadeo API in settings
• Added option to display offline friends
