fix in TMOne (tm2) blocking inputs while driving.

Added MP4 support (playground isn't null when in editor) Also I think Turbo is the same as MP4, but can someone check this

Because of a technical limitation, where blocking an input requires all keys to be released before new keypresses can be detected, the plugin will not block F3 when driving.
