Add ability to enable and disable the favorite functionality. Disabling removes the star button next to the players, making the list even cleaner. Useful for matches without many players when you have all players within view anyways.
Player names are now also dimmed when they finish or DNF during a round. This only works when "Ignore Spectators" is disabled.
