Fix flashing rank element (when it's disabled) in KO

• Fix hiding race diff / time / rank UI elements not working

Add toggles to hide components of the CP timer: Rank ('2nd'), Time ('01:23.345'), and Diff ('+00:02.234' in red/blue)

Support custom CP timer location + a locator window.
