The December 14th update added a bunch of stuff around sorta-customizable player skins (either region or std). The update broke this plugin.
If a method is found to alter the new skins, I'll add support to this plugin if possible behind a permissions check. But prelim tests didn't yield any results, unfortunately.
As of Jan 2023, this plugin is deprecated.
This allows you to change all in-game skins (it changes it for all character models). A restart is required when you change your skin. (Unless you have only been in the menu -- the skin might load in when you load up a map.)
Support for other skins could be added in the future if there's any demand for that feature and someone makes some.
You don't need this plugin to change the skin, mind, it just makes it easy.

The background clouds animation was set using Menu BG Chooser v1.1.0 which is approved and awaiting the release of Openplanet v1.25.8 (or later).
The 3D menu scene was modified using hacky dev code that you can find here if you really want.
