Fix deprecations in 1.29.0 update

Fix initialization bug causing plugin to need to reload

• Allow party management directly in plugin
  • Send Invites
  • Receive Invites
  • Accept Invites
• UI updates to display registration status and server information
• Plugin is always connected to server after first use

• Add "Join Server" button to match ready view
• Add "Auto Join Server" checkbox to queuing view
• Fix Refresh Leaderboards requests
• Automatically update to the "In Queue" / "In Match" view when refreshing queues if necessary
• Persist last 10 match results to plugin storage and reload on plugin startup

• Display UI notification if the plugin fails to connect to the server
• Add slider in plugin settings for customizable audio levels
• Add Trophy Icon to plugin menu list
