Checkpoint Time Overlay
Adds a customizable checkpoint split overlay that can be shown while the HUD is Hidden.
Can also be made to show while the HUD is visible if you are mad enough to need 2 time split elements, or if you have the original disabled with a plugin like HUD Picker.
