Requires at least Openplanet 1.26.0

Fixed severe performance issue: refreshing the leaderboard causing the game to stutter. This happened every 5 minutes due to the automatic refreshes.
Started deleting maps outside the 2000 most recent maps that have less than 3 times uploaded
Moved enable/disable option to settings
Automatically reload leaderboard when entering a new map

Added popup when plugin is first loaded asking if user wants to upload all available and eligible cope times
