Was in the middle of a rewrite (when I was given the plugin) when I went on vacation. Then I forgot about it, then got distracted. So yknow, lost what I was doing. Anyway

This is mostly rewritten. Main function is still garbage. Nothing is sorted nicely. Will fix later. Variables actually have types. Caching. whatever.

Fix a bug where plugin stucks in loading when being 1st of cotd qualifying

• Some fields (cotd date, top % etc.) are disabled by default but can be enabled in settings
• Added option to show the time required to get a chosen div
• Added options to change the font size of the window

• Bug where the plugin sometime did not load when playing the last TOTD

• Fix bug when playing the ongoing TOTD before its COTD qualifying session is finished
• Fix bug where window was freezing on loading while playing a TOTD which COTD qualifying session was broken (Example: If Nadeo server was down this day for example)
• Now displays a message when you are playing a TOTD where COTD qualifying data can not be retrieved (Example: COTD prior to 02/11/2020)
