Edit Any Item

Small patch to disable editable checks when editing items and custom blocks.

Note: this doesn't mean you can necessarily save the item, but it should work for embedded custom items/blocks.

You are strongly advised to save anything you open, even if the save fails. This is because it triggers the game to create a new copy of the item in memory. When you leave the item editor, this gets cleared. If you don't create a copy, then it can clear vanilla items from memory which can crash the game.
