Hats, added to TM2020.
The circular hat is a simple "draw a ring" type of thing. The other hats read in a .obj file and draw a wireframe.

Added a wobbly tail pole. Disable it by disabling "Enable Tail Pole" in settings.
The physics of this are tuned based on what felt good to me when developing it, but I don't actually play the game much anymore. If you spend the time to really tune the settings, please send them to me and I'll set it up as the default.
Added three new hats: Cat ears, a different top hat, and the cap from Peaky Blinders.
