Fix bug when adding a plugin to the start of the list (which is sorted alphabetically). This usually affected Dashboard or Better Chat.

Do not trigger hotkeys in the menu or editor unless an override key is held down. This avoids hotkeys being triggered while typing.
Grey out a plugins name when the binding is disabled.
