Added a character limit to chat messages. The messages saved in your settings can still be as long as you want, but only the first 120 characters will be sent.

Bind any number of chat messages to keyboard buttons of your choosing. This allows you to send those chat messages while driving.

Added spam protection. There is now a 2 second cool down before the same message can be sent again.
