1. Small rewrite to input handling logic. a) now does not listen for input if chat is disabled/spam hammer is down. b) fixes bug where chat would get disabled for 900+ seconds.
2. Split settings into different tabs by keyboard/gamepad.
3. Added theme customization like color, size, and position of the display box and text.
4. Visual improvements.

1. Bindings and messages now display on right side of screen when a bound button is pressed.

• press "K" and see keyboard bindings, then press "down" on controller d-pad to see controller bindings.

2. Chat disabled message now appears when spam detector is triggered.

• try spamming 4 chats in quick succession to see them blocked after 3 with a message above the bindings display.

3. Quick chats are now only sent when the same key is pressed twice in a row in a short time span.
4. Quick chats are no longer sent when navigating the pause menu.
5. Quick chats are no longer sent when typing in the chat window.
6. Plugin no longer breaks after the first online game.
