update for game version 2023-11-21

Remove hover and click sounds due to possible bug (not rly necessary anyway)

• Fix some null pointer exceptions that happened on exit.

• tweak style to be more in line with other main menu buttons
• add server name below button
• add pseudo-disabled mode
• refine button show/active conditions
• remove unnecessary code and files
• fix text being slightly off center
