This plugin skips the call to EnumDevices which can cause lag and stutters for some people. (Note: this is not the issue with ProcessInputs.)

The reason you have this problem with EnumDevices is most likely faulty hardware or faulty drivers. Ideally, you should identify the root cause and fix that.

Why this happens isn't exactly clear, but skipping the call seems to fix the issue without side effects (seems like you can still hotplug devices fine -- i.e., add/remove them while the game is running). However, there probably are some side effects and we just don't know what they are.

Enable/disable this plugin by toggling it on/off or uninstalling.
