A small plugin that let's you MEOW, you may need to install this plugin to get other plugins to work.

To meow simply call 'startmeow', it can be called with the parameters ID (just the name of the sound file), amount (the total amount of meows you want), delay (the delay between each meow -1 means all meows happen at the same time).

startmeow(const string &in soundID = "", int amount = 1, int delay = -1)

(does not throw an exception if your ID is Miss-tm xdd)
