Reveals the thousandths for all in game timers.
Works for Turbo (32-bit) and MP4.1 (64-bit).
Warning: This plugin patches the game code! While I have tested everything I can, if you encounter crashes or strange behavior, please report it on the GitHub! Alternately, message @Phlarx on the Openplanet discord. Important info includes the Openplanet log, usually located at either C:\Users\{Name}\OpenplanetTurbo\ or C:\Users\{Name}\Openplanet4\, depending on the game.
