Play TMX maps in a club room (one at a time) as a group.

Club room pseudo-controller for setting the current map to a TMX map and changing maps without voting.

Other features are (potentially) possible on request, like map packs, and some QoL features to make e.g., map requests easier.

Aggressively pre-cache next maps and nadeo checks (for uploaded status + map size)
Add debug menu (hold alt while in plugins menu) -- right now the only thing is a debug window for inspecting the next map cache, loading specific maps into the cache, and interrupting loading stuff if it's stuck.
Improve room changing logic to avoid it being too fast
Fix some compiler warnings
