This adds a Twitch Chat overlay right into the game, as well as a couple chat commands that can be used.

To install, set up your OAuth token, username, and channel in the Openplanet settings dialog.

Note that this plugin does not properly support using multiple other Twitch chat plugins, as this plugin creates its own socket to Twitch's servers.
