This plugin automatically switches the display mode to Fullscreen, then to Windowed Borderless. This is a workaround for the issue on the Steam Deck when playing in Gamescope where the keyboard won't work. This in turn fixes the issue where F3 doesn't respond to open the Openplanet bar.
