The name should be pretty self-explanatory. When using FreeCam (Cam 7) and holding a direction, the speed ramps up and it is quickly too fast to manage. This plugin just limits that top speed. You may also set a minimum speed. If the minimum is the same as the maximum, the camera will always move at that fixed speed.
