• Added ability to convert ghosts to replays!
• To convert a ghost, you need an EmptyReplay.Replay.Gbx file (check capitalization!) in your Documents/Replays/Replays/ folder.

• Added "Force load all ghosts" button, incase ghosts don't show up.
• Added tooltip indicating which gamemode was the ghost played in. (Solo or Double Driver)
