Trackmania2020 Map Manager Plugin

This plugin enables players to load all maps they've ever played.

Key features include:

-Filtering Capability: Easily filter maps based on the author's time medal.
-Detailed Map Info: At a glance, view important details such as:
  -Last played timestamp.
  -Personal best (PB) time.
  -Map name.
  -Author's time.
  -The difference between your time and the author's time.
  -Your own completion time.
-Search Function: Quickly locate maps by entering their name.

Column now displays medal status: none, bronze, silver, gold, author. Previously, it only showed 'author'.
Introduced a feature that displays the percentage of maps completed on author time.
Button for playing random map from the list.

Updated the data for maps. When you get a personal best (PB), it auto-updates.
Renamed several column names for clarity and consistency.

Removed

Removed the 'resync' button as it's no longer needed due to the auto-updating of map data.

Fixed a bug causing incorrect page indexing when using search or hiding the author medal.
