Game Trackmania
The highlighter works in game as well, and even has some some fancy features that let you decrease the opacity / not render the border if it's too far away.
Here is an image of the bottom of the map with the highlighter activated :)

A simple plugin that highlights the border of the map, it also has some custimization options :)
