Fixes a double map load bug with Lakanta mode

Bug fix for Lakanta mode: copy next TMX TrackID to clipboard and notify about API errors gracefully

• Add "Lakanta mode": when enabled in settings, middle clicking the TMX ID below the leaderboard (or pressing a hotkey) will load the next map, sorted by TMX TrackID. Automatically skips gaps where a TMX ID is not available.
• Adds a check to play nice with Static Loading Screen if installed.
