Toggle a cleaner Trackmania HUD with F8 or a custom shortcut.

• Choose which HUD elements to hide: records, respawn helper, countdown, records, best race viewer, time gap, bottom timer, checkpoint splits and native chat.
• Hide Dashboard, Grinding Stats, Checkpoint Counter, and Better Chat overlays while keeping their plugins running.
• Save different setups as presets and swithc between them with F9
• Everything is restored when minimal mode is switched off or you leave the map.

Configure your preset in Openplanet Settings → Minimal HUD → HUD.

Note: Other plugins'overlays are hidden by changing their sittengs. Your original values are saved and put back when minimal mode turns off. If the game crashes while minimal mode is on, those settings CAN stay hidden, you have to turn them back on. Better Chat shows while the Openplanet overlay is open.
