Rebrand to just "Rebind Master+"
Remove Uber Extremo mode
With this release, the Plugin's ID will change. If you end up with two copies of Rebind Master+ running, please close Trackmania and then delete OpenplanetNext\Plugins\Rebind_Master-Plus_Extreme-Edition_Deluxe-Edition_Version-Four.op, then restart Trackmania.

v1.0.2:

Fix: honor setting of preferred pad type (would not update correctly when changed in settings)
Fix: ctrl+u shortcut worked even if Setting_Enabled==false -- it won't trigger anymore
Fix: interaction with Never Give Up that would result in showing bindings for the wrong input device. The menu now caches bindings when it is opened so this does not happen.
Fix: does not crash if you have a gamepad as the selected device and then disconnect the gamepad.
