Reminds you in-game about COTD and Super Royal events upcoming in Trackmania

By default, the plugin send a notification 10 and 5 minutes before the main COTD event. Same for the Super Royal event.
You can set notifications for the COTD and Super Royal reruns, and you can add more timers (30, 15, 10, 5 minutes before the event).
