Requires at least Openplanet 1.26.0

The no connection notification will only show the first time rather than repeating every 10 minutes. (But added a setting to repeat it if that's something you want)

Requires at least Openplanet 1.26.0

If Openplanet doesn't give a valid token, will retry in 10 mins instead of using invalid token and thinking you aren't a streamer
Sending map to server will only refresh authentication if it returns a 403; any other error will just skip posting this map
The button at the top can retry connecting if no connection as well as if not streamer

added an obvious label on the top Openplanet bar for whether the plugin is active
added a setting to consent to additional data tracking/analysis, off by default. (ar asked me to add this for some rmc stats thing he wants to do, so I'm making an opt-in to collecting data for this)
