Calculation of estimated top 100 time starts at COTD+1 then is calculated every hour until COTD-1 the next day

The accuracy is constantly improving(hopefully) as the backend is constantly collecting new data with each new TOTD. Although, some maps may be removed due to cuts if a large amount of players are able to do it.

Troll TOTDs (1st TOTD of each month) are ignored in the Calculations
