Ultimate Medals Extended is required for this plugin

Adds a medal to show the validation time (by default, this only appears if it does not match AT) using the checkpoint splits embedded in the map file. (Race mode only)
A missing (-:--.---) validation means the AT was set with a plugin, but might not be cheated

Also adds a medal for each mediatracker replay (such as the GPS)
