When enabled hides the records / medals UI when playing and the car is moving.
- Moving the mouse shows the elements regardless of car state
- The speed threshold for hiding can be configured in settings

Added Speed Threshold as a setting
Bugfixes & tweaks:
- Now properly hides the elements on reverse movement as well
- Fixed bug where disabling the plugin while elements hidden wouldn't restore the visibility
- Better mouse move handling
