Complete rewrite !

• Name change ! Yet Another Matchmaking is now Community Matchmaking, because it will have more than official match makings !
• Added a lot of features: History, Leaderboard...
• Complete squad system rewrite
• Fixed a lot of Openplanet's deprecations to be more updated.

• Add school mode checks before joining the queue
• Fix "server unavailable" because of an empty token on game loading by retrying refreshing token before Auth
• Fix g_headerFont not loading and making the plugin crash
• Add server Instance Id checks (this is to prevent "Connected player not found" errors)
• Added Queue Length when queuing for a match
• Global variables are being reset in a case of server not alive
• Added queue details and time elapsed on footer
• Fixed infinite loading after server restart

FYI: The YAMM plugin is now opened to everyone until October 4th

• Player points are now refreshed after the match
• Add trusted developer checks if running Openplanet in developer mode
